I tried this Tuesday and it was awesome. I think next time I will reduce the chickpeas to 1/2 can as a suggestion from my daughter.
I had my serving with 6 multi grain scoops and put the salad in the scoops.....wonderful! Thanks for the recipe and be assured it will be one of my mainstays.0 -
