you walk a lot. Fit bit is perfect for you because it logs every step you take all day and the calories you burn taking all of those steps. It's awesome. I actually eat more and still maintain my weight as well as being motivated by the stats I see on it. The ultra gives you messages and logs flights of stairs as well.0
