5K walk - what should I have for breakfast?

I'm doing my first 5K charity walk this weekend and wonder what would be my best bet for breakfast? Should I have something lighter, like cereal or fruit, or something more substaintial, like eggs?
Thanks!
Thanks!

You're just walking?
It's 3.1 miles. Have you walked 3 miles before? Is it hilly?
Honestly, I do that on no breakfast most of the time, or just a slice of toast with peanut butter. But that's because I don't eat much early in the morning.0 -
I would have what you normally have for breakfast before going for a workout. Some people cannot eat a lot beforehand. A 5K Walk should take about 45-ish mins so you should not really need any extra fuel. Have fun!0

Whatever you would normally have, really. A bit of extra if you're afraid of getting hungry.0
