What is your vitamin/ protein intake and any good recommendations of brands? etc... im trying to become lean and lose weight not get bulky lol

Personally I don't take any vit supps, I do though take krill oil an omega 3. Vit's have nothing to do with your weight generally speaking. Consuming enough protein, exercising including weights and being in a slight deficit does that.0
