mine is pretty simple. SUNBLOCK! been wearing it for years out of necessity. it really makes a difference.
@agentskully ... all fruits and green veggies.. lots of sleep and excercise ... and a little bit of baking soda for skin exfoliation .. But I think its really my asian genes ... Thanks to my parent!
