How to calculate Body Fat?

I calculated my body fat using the fat2fit website and:

Original Body Fat Calculater 26.5%
Military Calculater 30.7%
Covert Bailey Body Fat Calculation 17.5%

I am confused as to which one is somewhat accurate! If someone could give me some guidance that would be great :0)
I am female 5 7' 145 lbs. and have a medium frame.

I had my body fat done with a Bod Pod then compared it with the online tests. The military one was the closest if I measured right below my navel. I will be using that test to keep track till my next Bod Pod test in 6 weeks.

Ask your doctor if you have access somehow to hydrostatic testing. It may be tough to find someplace to do it, but it is supposed to be very accurate. I know where I did my undergrad, they offered it to anyone on campus (even non-students). It gave the PT & fitness majors a chance to try it out.

Here is an article that explains this method: http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/fitnessevalandassessment/g/UnderwaterWeigh.htm

Thanks for the replies. I don't want to spend money on testing, I will just go with the Military Calculations to see my progress I guess!
