PB2 Fruit Dip..... so yummy
I got this from someone else, but thought I would share because it's so good!
1 - 8oz fat free or low fat plain cream cheese
1 - tub fat free cool whip
3/4 c. PB2
1 - tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with any type of fruit like sliced apples, pears, strawberries, or bananas!

what is pb20

It's a peanut butter powder. Only has 3 ingredients, peanuts, salt, and sugar. Check it out online. It's amazing and has WAY less fat and calories that regular peanut butter.0

I just bought some Pb2, the regular and the chocolate. I will definately try this!0

that sounds really good! But no way would I ruin it by dipping fruit in it. Just give me a spoon and a good movie.0

where can you buy pb2, find it on the internet, was wondering if you could find it in a store?0
-
You can use the Store Locator on the Bell Plantation website. That is how I found it close to me.0

I'm pretty sure Whole Foods sells PB20

How would I figure out serving size and calories?0

I just entered the recipe in and based it on a 2 tbsp serving. (roughly 12 servings I think)0

This product changed my life for real. Thanks for the recipe.0

I make almost the same dip, except I usually use 1/2 cup PB2 and 1/4 cup of the Protein Powder that I use (Instead of 3/4 Cup of PB2). I made a batch with just PB2 today and entered the ingredients into the database, so you can see what the macros are. If you want to substitute protein powder, just subtract 1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons) of PB2 and add that amount of your powder. Your macros will change too.
This recipe makes approximately 2 cups. A serving is 2 Tablespoons. For me, one serving is almost too much for one apple. So, it goes a long way. You can store the entire batch in the empty Cool Whip container. I think that is kinda neat.
Yummy!
The Macros.
