Nutrition check...

What's the best way to check if your getting proper nutrition? Not just calories but everything? ie. too many carbs, eat more fiber, vitamin A, etc....
Is there a way to take your last 60 days (or so) of food reports and have the program show you what your missing?
I guess I'm just looking for feedback.
Thanks,
Greg

Yes. click on reports tap up top, then select nutrition.. then select the time frame. Actually, I think that's just going to give you graph of calorie intake.. you may have to print off each day separately.0

go to nutritiondata.com Plug in a typical day's diet, and you can see where you are on on all your micronutrients.0

Is there any way to move the data between myfitnesspal and nutritiondata.com without having to enter it?
I wanted to see how I'm doing by the month (if possible).
Thanks,
Greg0
