I love coleslaw, and I love making things, so I thought I'd share a little recipe :)
According to MFP it has 58 calories per serving, and it makes 4 servings...but I suppose it would depend on the brand of mayonnaise and yogurt you use and how much veg you use :)
With regards to the cabbage, carrot and onion, I buy "coleslaw mix" from the supermarket which has them ready grated. If you want to grate it yourself, I'd suggest judging it as you go along to see what looks right and adding equal amounts of each.

Cabbage (finely sliced or grated)
Carrots (grated)
Onion (white or red - finely sliced)
3tbsp extra light mayonnaise
3tbsp fat free plain yogurt
1/2 - 1tsp horseradish sauce (add to taste)

Mix them all together, season with salt and pepper if you wish, and enjoy! :)

I always add grated apple to my coleslaw, gives a touch of sweetness. I will try this recipe with and without the apple. Sounds wonderful, love horse radish.
