1 month progress

I started Curves on March 26th. I go to Curves 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes. I also started walking on April 7th and walk 1-2 miles every week night, my kids and I kick around the soccer ball on Saturdays and I take Sunday for rest. Other than Curves and walking my losses are all from watching my calories. In 1 month I have lost an overall of 6.5 inches and 14 pounds.

Bust -2"
Waist -0.5"
Abdomen -1.5"
Hips -1.5"
Thigh 0" (idk why it didn't change)
Arm -1"
Weight -14 lbs
Body Fat % -1.80
Body Fat -8.53 lbs

I'm pretty proud of my progress. Wish I wasn't so tall so maybe I could see the difference, but I will eventually get to my goals.

    Keep up the great work. You have literally put a lot of sweat into this so you should feel great about your loss.
