Hi everyone! I'm Alli, and I'm from Allentown, PA! I've been moderately overweight since I was about 10 years old, and I'm totally sick of it!

I lost about 10 lbs in the last month, but decided I needed the extra help to lose another 40 lbs before my wedding next April! Also I want to be in a hot bathing suit for our Hawaii honeymoon ;) So I joined up!

Counting calories has really made a big difference for me even after I had already started working out on a regular basis! I can't wait to start my new life with my new husband feeling healthy and looking great too!

Feel free to add me as a friend if you're a bride or otherwise! I love getting to know people and sharing and laughing!

  • Congrats! It's nice to connect with another Bride-to-be. I am engaged as well and my BIG day is in August. I want to lose 15lbs. I thought that it would be a breeze but I am learning that it is harder than I thought. But I will prevail & so will you!

Hello! I'm a bride to be as well :) my wedding day is June 10th
I thought the weight loss would go a lot faster and was hoping to lose at least 50 pounds by the wedding... Looks like I started a lil too late but my goal is now 40 pounds before the big day.

Also getting married! Though fortuitously our wedding ins't planned until June 2013 so (hopefully!) I'll have more than enough time to shake this weight off.

Hello all you brides to be, I am a DJ and do a lot of weddings each year in MD, DE PA and SO NJ.. I really see the anxiety of fitting into the dress from brides . But even if you don't lose all the weight before, all brides are beautiful1 qt least we have always been blessed with the sweetest brides that all say that after the reception that we were not like hired DJs but more like family members because we personally cared so much!!
