Ugh!!! Advice needed!

So I've been at a plateau for 2 months now!!!!! I've upped my calories from 1200/day to 1500/day. I've switched up some exercises to add in some more strength training. I don't know what else to do. My starting weight was 150 lbs and my current weight is 140lbs. I seem to be varying anywhere from 138-142. I'm 5ft 3in and a 28 year old female. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do? I would like to weigh 120-130 lbs. I realize it will take a bit of time, but I hate being stuck for months! Help!
Just an FYI, I drink about a gallon of water per day, eliminated all soda, and eat a million times better than I used to. I just started attempting to eat clean too.

"Road work" or intense cardio (45 minutes or over) has helped when I hit weight loss plateaus.Some people swear by calorie cycling or zigzagging when in a plateau. Good luck! Nothing like a plateau to make one feel unmotivated. Hang in there! You can do it!0

Are you having a spike day in there at all?? I would recommend maybe putting a spike day to get you moving again. Then there are other things such as HIIT training.. Keep pushing through, it is all trial and error.

Are you eating your exercise calories?
I was in a plateau for almost 3 months, and what helped me was not counting calories or working out for a week. I took a vacation. When I started my normal workout routine again, the weight starting coming off again.
Also, if you open your diary, people can give better advice.0 -

Try doing HIIT (high intensity interval training). It works wonders. And sometimes you will hit a plateau as your body starts building muscle. So I suggest measuring your waist, hips, thighs, and upper arms and keeping track that way as well.0

If you normally work out in the morning, try working out at night or vice versa. If you normally do weights and then cardio, try doing cardio and then weights. Or do something you don't normally do like swimming, etc. Anything to change up the routine and shock your body a little bit.0

Thanks everyone! Yes I have lost a lot of inches, so maybe I need to be happy with that. I do a mix of cardio and HIIT right now, and 2 days of Zumba just to have some fun.
Yes I eat my exercise calories back, but maybe I'm not measuring that acurately. I think I might look into a HRM to better count my exercise calories0 -
Intervals should help, you need to keep your muscles confused. If you just run at the same pace your muscles adapt to the movement to make it easier. try walking at a level of 4 or 3.5 for 30 sec and then run at a high speed, about 6 or 7, for one minute. Then change it up again the next week walk 30 sec then run at 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7 (each for one minute) then start over at 5 or walk again for 30 sec. With your strength training make sure you choose different exercises for those muscles every other or every week. It also makes your workouts less boring when you change it up. I hope this helps!0

What are you doing for cardio? Maybe you need to ramp it up or do a different form of cardio to change things up for your body.0
