Hello everyone,
My name is Donna and looking for major support and ideas. I lost 114 lbs 12 years ago and gained it back within 3 years and have been unable to lose it. I've tried WW 3 times but can't stay with the counting. I know that being 12 years older isn't much of a help either :( I've been looking over the site and have found it very interesting so far. I would like something at my finger tips when I'm having a weak moment or not feeling good about myself to help me make the changes I need to succeed...Here we go :smile:
