Great late night snack

When it's after 8 and you are a bit hungry but have to be careful, try two egg white, half a tomato chopped, pepper and oregano cooked in a small amount of peanut oil. Really good and low in calories.

Or for a sweet tooth, a piece of fruit chopped (I favour half a banana or a soft pear), add 100g or so of Fage 0% greek yoghurt, a tbls of Jam/jelly, few raisins, few pumpkin seeds, few broken up walnut halves, some flax, and mix altogether.0
