I'm starting a new exercise class which consists of doing different activities (i.e. squats etc) while using kettle bells (weights) the difficulty i am having is that I do not know what kind of exercise i would list this under.
Any ideas?

I do kettle bells, and I put it under cardio, because my heart rate gets into the 80 to 90% range for most of the workout. It's not really progressive resistance (weight training) as you use the same kettle bell for almost every exercise.
Here's a link to an interesting article: http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/news/20100212/kettlebell-workouts-burn-calaories-fast0 -
Thanks for your reply. What woulkd you type in though circuit training?0

I treat it the same way, cardio. There is a general circuit training in the database here that's pretty accurate for calories burned based on time. I treat most exercise as cardio. Except when I do weights because this site really isn't the best way to track a weight training program.0
