This really holds you accountable and makes you realize the calories you consume and the importance of exercise! I am doing this with the Jenny Craig Program. Not 100 percent on Jenny due to cost. My problem is emotional eating or stress eating. Any good food choices that are low cal for meals or snacks that have worked for you.

My problem is boredom eating...sort of similar to emotional eating.
I recently added quinoa to my diet and stopped eating white rice. It's a great filler for dinner .
I try to only eat fruit or vegetables when I get really hungry and in the mood to snack on something. I found that I like apples a lot. They're crunchy and sweet - two qualities that I really like.
After I eat my fruit/veggies I will have a prepackaged snack if I'm still hungry. I like those organic chocolate chip granola bars from Annie's.0 -
i second what both of you have said and also want to ad that i'm a mom of a 2 and four year old and find it hard to have " me " time as far as planning and sticking to meals.0
