You're not eating enough. One day you burnt more calories than you even ate :noway:

ETA: Do a search for eat more to lose and you find heaps of information. It's not good to be eating under your BMR all the time.

I have this problem and I just started. I lost 10lbs and gained like 5 back. Granted, my PCOS is acting up right now, but now my time of the month is over and I still have 3lbs back. I don't burn more than I eat, and I don't eat over enough to gain that back. Somehow I doubt it's muscle, too.

Undereating is going to give you that kind of result. I eat at least my base calorie which is 1200, nothing less. and when i exercise I eat at least half of what i burned which for the most part ranges between 200 to 400 more calories a day. I do try to leave at least 300 to 500 calories as my balance with only one pound a week to lose. So if you are trying to lose 2 pounds a week make sure your remaining is no more then 1000, no less then 500 if that make sense.

Drink lot of water if you are exercising at least 80oz of water espeically on hot days.

You still aren't eating enough. Are you even averaging 1000cals over the last week? That's too low.

Also, start tracking protein... looks like you aren't getting enough of that either.

I'd have to agree witht hose who say you aren;t eating enough there's no way 850 calories a day is above your BMR. If by some chance you did happen to drop those last 8 lbs this way as soon as yoy started to eat your maintenance amount of calories you'd probabaly gain again. You're so close maybe you need to figure out the TDEE for your goal weight and eat as close to that as possible. that way when you get there you'll already be used to it.
