Hello loves!

Well well well~
I'm fairly new here, been using the app on my phone for just about a week, first time on the actual site for it.
I'm a gamer girl, never really worked out or anything, just started college and what not.
Time to move on with life and start taking better care of myself.
I'd love to make friend, and any advice on good diets. I'm looking for a whole change in life style, so any help is appreciated.

    I know a guy who hooked up his exercise bike to his xbox so that it would only stay on if he was biking. He lost 80lbs and dropped the amount of games he was playing down to only 10hrs a week (he was playing much much more).

    You should define your fitness goals, do you want to get to a certain weight or just feel better over all or get seriously in shape?
  • That is so awesome, if only I knew how to do that lol or had enough space in my room for an exercise bike. :)
    Well my main goal right now is to lose 30-40 pounds, but I want to become more healthy over all.
