    Hey.. I am 32, mom to a 4 year old, Asian, 5'4, weighs 130 -- sedentary lifestyle (at the office)

    Feel free to add me as a friend so I'd be motivated to reach my optimum weight of 117 lbs. It's not fun to do this alone :-(
