    Gluten free, dairy free and soy free (among others)

    I make a lot of dishes with chicken and rice, a lot of Mexican inspired foods

    And what do you think about corn? it's a lot in mexican dishes DO you try to cut all other grains too? How long are you gluten and diary free?

    I eat corn, not a lot, but I do eat it. I can't have wheat, oats or rye. I've been gluten and dairy free only for about 5 months

    I am gluten and dairy free.. as well as rice, corn, potatoes!!

    Drastic changes in what I was eating, but it has worked well for me and forced me to be creative!!!

    I'm wheat intolerant so I eat gluten free. I'm also intolerant to cow dairy (although I can eat sheeps and goats cheese), msg, peanuts, cruciferous vegetables. Oh, and I'm a pescatarian.

    I eat indian, chinese and italian style foods mainly. We cook our own to cater for my intolerances. I've put some of the recipes we use on my blog http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Gosser (Some are good diet meals and others are just good :devil: )

    I eat rice, quinoa & buckwheat but no potatoes. I use unsweetened soya milk/cream and if I need flour we have Doves Farm premixed which work well.
