Question for WOMEN who've completed P90x

Ok- So in the past the only way I've ever lost weight was from cardio exercise and calorie deficit. Never strength training.... I will lose weight every where of course but my breasts well....they seem to just deflate. Not just get smaller...but like a balloon...deflate. So my question is for women who've done all 90 days of P90x (Primarily to LOSE WEIGHT & NOT JUST TONE UP).... Did your girls stay "fuller & perkier" since the weight was lost slower with strength training than faster thru cardio workouts and calorie deficits alone? I have 30 pounds to lose and I know I am going to lose some weight in my breasts because all they are are fat storage spots- but I want to know if they'll still look filled out(like not skinny saggy like a deflated balloon). The only thing I like about the extra weight is my fuller chest(my husband likes that too)LOL!

    If they look fine now then yes, they'll look okay when you've done. You shouldn't lose weight from the breast themselves, more what is stored around them and considering you'll work out your pectoral muscles, that should give them a lift and make them look firmer.
