    Microwave Cheese Crisps

Eats like a potatoe chips and can be seasoned in so many ways.

    cheese_crisp_after.jpg

Place cheese on paper plate (or microwave safe plate and use parchment paper)..
Season with any flavor (I like Ms. Dash or Italian Seasoning Blend)
Microwave for 1-2 minutes (I do 1.5 mins, as I like mine extra crispy) till brown around the edges.
If I am feeling extra cheesy, I will spread some Laughing Cow on them like I would do on crackers. YUM
    Enjoy.

Pistachios... oh my god they totally rule and when I start getting hungry at 11:30am (half hour before lunch), I pop 25 of them (low cal and low carb) and by noon, I have my lunch.

Im not hungry until about 6pm for dinner....
