I am not a success story yet.. and it has taken me about 5 months to get where I am. I have dropped about 25 pounds (don't really check my scale much anymore) I started in a size 12 and now am a size 8 sometimes 6. It's been a lot of work and I am still learning something new all the time. My diet is still a huge work in progress and I have actually stopped logging all the time, to see if I could keep everything up without. The last weight on the scale was 136. I have started StrongLifts 5X5. I cannot wait to be strong and fit. I look pretty decent and "skinny" in CLOTHES but I'm work on the sports bra and shorts after photo still. Sorry i do not have those :ohwell:

I plan to keep working on strength and getting more of those manly muscles:drinker:

    i cant wait to get at the size 8-6 range .. i would be in love with myself .. if its wasnt for MFP and my sisters wedding back in march i probably would have stayed at my highest of 194 on a 4"11 frame not cute at all... you look amazing btw .

    Oh yes... we don't carry weight well. I'm only 5"0... but i always wear at least 3 inch heels to help :)

    You look fabulous! You were beautiful before, but I'm sure you feel beautiful inside as well. That's what matters. Keep up the good work. I can't wait until I can fit into a 6-8 again.
