Going to the beach in about a month and definitely want to look better than I did last year.

haha...thanks...i know what you mean...i have a month to really tone everything up and lose that last little bit of weight to get to my goal...thanks for the support0 -

Good job.
I myself have just broken the 200 level and I'm looking to get to 175 - 180. Did you find that you had to lift/tone more to lose the weight?0 -
actually, I have stayed consistently at around 180 since I started lifting more...have to keep the cardio up to keep shedding the pounds0

Thanks. I'll take any good advice I can get. As I get closer to goal it's getting harder and harder to shed the weight.0

i feel you...diet is a big part too...gotta stick to a healthy diet along with the cardio0
