Foot Starts Going Numb while working out....

I think it may be my shoes, I wear them sometimes when not working out and I've never had a problem. When I start working out tho, especially when I am doing leg workouts, one of my feet starts to go numb...
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!
Thanks!

If the gym is clean, try working out bare foot.
If the foot still goes numb. See a doctor.0 -
Shoes. Do you tie them tight or lose? My fiance had the same problem and when he started tying his shoes more loosely, the numbness went away. If that doesn't help it's probably time to buy new shoes.0

Yep....I always wear them loose on the elliptical for that very reason.0

Remember to strech, overly tight leg muscles can cause blood flow issues to your feet.0

I thought about that too actually - I did try it making sure they were loose & it helped but still got numb....
so ya, I think its time for new shoes lol0
