INSANITY-CALORIES LOST IN WORKOUTS

you can add insanity to your workouts. I can tell you how to calculate calories lost.
take your BMR which you can find under tools at the top. divide that number by 1440 which is minutes in a day.
Take that answer and multiply it by how many minutes you exercise for multiplied by the MET score of the exercise.
here is an example. well actually it's my calculation kind of
my BMR is 1894. Insanity has a MET(intensity level) around 10-12 i guessed. so 1894 divided by 1440 = 1.31527778 I rounded up to 1.32
1.32 times 11(MET SCORE) times 40( minutes) = 1020.8 calories burned in 40 minutes of doing insanity. I don't really know what the met score is. but I used the link below to try and guess the most accurate Met score is.

hope that this helps. keep in mind it's not completely accurate but when you compare it to calories for the high aerobic it's almost similar. just helpful for calculating just about any activity you do.
