Hello everyone. I'm new to the site, just signed up today and I'm looking forward to the support I can give and receive here on MFP. My Name is Pat and I am a 33 year old mother of 2. I have come to a point where I am just not satisfied with the way I look and I know that I am the only person who can change this so I say no more excuses and no giving up this time!!

    Hi, welcome. I actually signed up a while ago but never used the site. Today is my day (1). I am taking my own lead in my weight loss and exercise progress. Nobody is going to stop me....I am on a mission. LOL
