I know I have posted before but I am so excited about the new picture of me and the old one I just found. I am amazed (which is hard for me to say) at the difference. I have lost 31 pounds since January 2012. The first picture was taken 2 years ago and I was probably around 280 or so. I am now 242. Thanks for looking and I hope I can encourage someone today.

Thank you all so much. I read all of the comments and just cried. Thank you for your kind words and I am amazed that I can be an encouragement to anyone. For so long I have neglected myself and my body and I have finally decided that I can't always do everything for everyone else. I have to do for me in order to be able to do for my family.
