What would be the heathiest thing to eat fo dinner on this menu? I usually get the Vegie bowl but I am on a strict diet now. What do you think?

    Hard to tell what would be healthiest. Something with lots of vegetables could easily end up being high in calories or fat simply because of things they put in it that aren't listed in the description.

    I would email them and ask if they can provide nutritional information.
