I am just saying hi to everyone. I found this site by accident and I am really liking it! I have never kept a food diary before just because it has always been too much work, but this is so easy!
Already I'm paying more attention to what and how much I eat and my calorie average has gone down 100 calories from my first week to my second, and it really has helped.
Thanks for all the great topics guys - keep it up for this newbie!
