I'm going to be finishing Insanity this next week, yay me lol, anyways I was going to start Insanity Asylum the next day (since Insanity ends on a Sunday, I'd start Asylum on that Monday) but do you think I should give myself a few days "rest" before jumping into Asylum or just go on to Asylum. I'm not sure what I'm going to end up doing though, lol, but I can't wait to start Asylum
thanks in advance

i am bumping this for you.... i already commented as i'm your mfp friend but i think a week or so break would be good just like the recovery week we do between months 1 and 2 of insanity. do something fun to rest and recover and get back to it the week after if you feel up for it.0

I've done two rounds of Insanity and one round of The Asylum, and I don't think you need the break at all. I actually thought that The Asylum was a lot easier than than the second half of Insanity... maybe because the workouts are so different and almost all of them are only about 45 minutes...
Just my two cents...
Great job in graduating INSANITY!!! Keep it up!0 -

Thanks :-) it's been fun, still got one week left though, and i think i might take a short break (5 days) and then start up with Asylum, i'm going to love the shorter workouts lol. but i also know that my body is going to ache with the added weights, but it'll be great lol. For me I've noticed more inches lost than weight, but i'm ok with that.
Congrats on finishing Insanity 2 times and Asylum0
