a (re)introduction

I was pretty active here between December and early February, during which time I started C25K, 30DS, and a much smarter plan of eating. I had dropped 8 pounds by early February, but I really sort of ran out of steam at that point.

Long story short, I gained 3 pounds back, and I'm still really unhappy with the way I look, because I *know* I could be so much better, fitter, leaner.

So I'm back, and ready to (re)commit. Anyone want to join me?
