how am i supposed to know how many calories i burn while doing p90x? i searched it in exercises but nothing came up. any suggestions

    I did the P90x legs and back today with a heart rate monitor and it gave me nearly the same calorie burn total that the website above calculated (within 20 calories difference). Seems to be pretty accurate. Good luck!
