Hi all! I honestly did just join lol and I will be starting tomorrow I have a big goal ahead of me and I'm excited about getting started. I will be walking/running daily for at least an hour to start, and cutting my cals/fats/carbs. Let's see where this takes me! I'm also looking forward to meeting new people here and I am going to try my hardest to stay motivated.0

Yes, I too really like this site. I have been running 3 miles per day (almost every day) since joining last week. Haven't weighed myself yet...going to wait a few weeks, but I already feel better just after 8 days.0

Log what you've already eaten today - even if it' not the healthiest choices you'll find it really interesting to come back in a few months and compare with your new habits.
And log what you plan to eat tomorrow -that way you already have a good idea of what a healthy eating day looks like.
