Black beans, cannelini beans, garbanzo beans (chick peas), sweet potato, mango, pineapple, apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears, fresh green beans, olive oil, eggs, almond milk, red bell pepper, yellow onion, white onion, garlic, romaine lettuce, tomatoes (roma, round, and cherry or grape), corn, spinach, wheat flour, yeast, feta cheese, carrots, raisins, curry powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt

I try to have at least those things on hand all the time and I can normally make something good out of them.

organic baby spinach leaves, soymilk, fat free greek yogurt, an assortment of canned beans, several varieties of frozen veggies (2 minutes in the microwave for steamed veggies is awesome!), frozen berries and mangos for smoothies, flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, agave syrup, natural organic unsalted peanut butter, lots of fresh fruit and leafy greens for juicing, dried blueberries and cranberries and my absolute favorite- Morningstar Farms chipotle black bean burgers.
