How many animals till crazy.

How many animals does it take till you considered crazy? Living in my house are four cats, one dog, and a turtle. The turtle and two of the cats belong to my girlfriend. Have I reached the crazy stage yet?

    LMAO...at one time had 3 dogs, 3 cats, 8ft boa and lizard...kept hoping the snake would escape and eat something! Crazy is when you have so many of something you can't keep up with them and you dress in clothes covered with that animal and post pictures of it on your website and put stickers of it on your car and avoid social events because they "need" you to be home. :happy:

    I've avoided dressing them up. But one had been trying to trip up the GF so she falls down the stairs.

    In the same boat at our house. 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 tortoises, gerbil, bunch of fish.
    We've downsized, used to have 2 guinea pigs, and two snakes, 2 more tortoises, a turtle, and for a short time, cockatiels, on top of what we have now. It isn't crazy until you start trying to give them time outs for misbehaving. Start doing that and you'll be crossing over to the dark side.

    I had 4 weasels,2 large columbian red tail boas(snakes),A family of fancy rats,2 tarantulas, 1 pink corn snake, and a sand boa all co existing until the snake ate one of my weasels. LOL that was a crazy stage I sold most of the pets except the weasels.

    Yeah, I have 4 cats, 4 dogs and I try to clean obsessively just so no one even feels the need to sign me up for hoarders. It's one of my bigger fears. ;)

    happaned to me, snake ate one of my ferrets.

    I once went to a house that had a dog, a snake, 10 rats (feeders for the snake), two ferrets, fish, budgies, turtles, a gerbil... lol. I was only 10 at the time and I compared it to a zoo!! that's definitely crazy.

    Although this lady I know has two birds and she talks to them like they're people and gives them time outs for being bad and lets them fly everywhere, she's also a hoarder... she's already crazy... so really it depends on the owner.
