Dummies for ....exercise DVDs

Has anyone used the Dummies exercise DVD's. I know we don't get the full range in the UK but the few that we do have good ratings. I have bought a couple as I'm so unfit but was wondering if anyone else has used them?

    I have "Fat burning workout for dummies". It is an easy-to-follow workout that is low impact. Very suitable for beginners to aerobic workout videos.

    Thanks - I've ordered that one. I'm not very good at aerobics so I'm hoping this will help.
