it is always easier to lose with a buddy! Find someone on here or at home to do this journey together!! Eat less and exercise! Hang up an outfit you want to wear in December and look at it daily! Write down goals and reminders and paste them on your fridge or bathroom mirror. Just find something that keeps you motivated! I sat down and wrote a list of all the reasons I NEEDED to lose, and it keeps me focused. I was over 100 lbs overweight, and have now lost about 30 pounds....so you CAN do it!!!0
