I just wanted to know if anyone has any tips on my pouch and sides, Its like a tire wrapped around my body! Bleh. I'm losing weight everywhere else but there (of course) LoL I dont know if I should start doing weights, or if I just keep running and doing my normal exercised and diet.
HELP PLEASEEE!

Weight training will definitely help. And it also just take time for your body to lose overall. Good luck.0

You can't spot reduce. Do weight training and your body will just shed fat where every genetics tells it to.0

Over time, with exercise and proper diet, it will go away. It always takes me two years or so after each baby. After my 3 own that was fine. Then I had surrogate twins in 2006, surrogate twins in 2008, a surrogate singleton in 2010 and am cycling now (those cycling meds are killer) so my pouch and tire seem to be perfmanent but I keep working out and trying to mostly make healthy choices and I know that when I'm doing being pregnant for good that my body will go back to thinner. If you have a lot of pregnancies it may never go away totally though0
