Yesterday I was way below my number of calories for the day mostly beacause I worked out later in the day, and had really healthy snacks and meals the rest of the day. Today I went over some. My question is, does it all even out for the week or has the damage been done? (does that make sense?)
Thanks!
Thanks!

It seems to. I went to bed last night with over 1500 calories available due to a 2 hour bike ride, and a 60 minute walk. I was just too tired to eat. Today, I went over by almost as much. It seems if you're way under one day, you're starving the next.0

Yes, it should. In order to lose a pound a week, you need a deficit of 3500 calories for the week. It does not have to be even throughout the week. I zig zag (calorie cycling) and the whole idea behind it is to vary each day's calories. I'm only in my second week and I love it so far. It is seems to be working great .0
