Mini Pizza

1 oroweat sandwich thin
2 slices provolone reduced fat Sargento cheese
17 Hormel turkey pepperoni slices

Open Sandwich thin, place one slice of cheese on each side of the sandwich. Add pepperoni and top with garlic powder. Broil on oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is hot.

This is filling and pretty tasty!

    I love the sandwich thins! I hardly ever eat regular bread any more.

    I used to eat a Lean Cuisine Three Meat pizza once a week for lunch but decided I could do with out all those carbs and calories. I'll have to give your recipe a try.

    These are good! I've done them before, but any ideas for lower sodium pita breads? Maybe a recipe to make homemade?
