a couple of good circuits

Here's a couple of circuits I have done previously, try them if you'd like, probably not both on the same day. Post up some results, I would be very interested in seeing some. I think these circuits are just the perfect type of workout for someone just looking to boost their metabolism and burn some fat, without taking a ton of time.
Max circuits in 20 minutes. 95 lbs barbell.
5 hang cleans, 5 front squat, 5 push press, 5 back squat.
Try to do each circuit without putting down the bar, they flow into each other very well. Rest as needed between circuits.
Swing, pushup ladder for time. I use a 35 lb. dumbell for the swings.
20 swings - 15 pushups
20 swings - 14 pushups
keep going down by one pushup until
20 swings - 1 pushup.
