I'm using the calculator on fitnessfrog to determine my TDEE, and I'm not sure what to put for my activity level. I don't exercise, but am starting Monday! (Classes are over and I have the summer off ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I have 3 kids. I don't sit and watch TV. I do housework everyday - laundry, floors, etc. Playing with kids. Walking on campus and around the city weekdays. So for my activity level, would you say "Little or no exercise (ex: desk job)" or "Light exercise (ex: exercising 1-3 days/week)"?

I'd say with the housework and the walking around you do, set it to "light."0

You could always set it to sedentary and enter in your activity daily.0

I'd say 2450-2600 for you , meaning roughly 2200 calories for a 15% deficit forlosing weight slowly but surely0
