    Make sure not to eat carbs after 6:00 and eat back all of your exercise calories......Unless MFP has you at 1200 cals for the day....then don't eat any of them cause you don't want to get fat...

    I was more refering to husband, wife, weight, looks, etc.. type of advice that people ask for. Then get upset when it's not what they expected to hear.
