30 Day Shred: I think I overdid it!

I woke up this morning and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. I still had tons of energy left, so I went home and did Level 1 with Jillian. She kicked my butt but I did learn 3 things from this DVD: (1) I have great lower body strength, (2) I need to work on my cardio, and (3) I have no upper body strength whatsoever. I do it alone, so I hope I'm doing it right! I just wish I could log it ;/ Can't wait to see results!

I'm on day 4 level 1. I had absolutely no upper body strength but now I'm able to do maybe 5 pushups before having to stop. Log 30ds under circuit training.

don't stop just modify to an easier position like girl pushups (from the knees) or against a chair or wall (at an incline).

Happy shredding it does get easier.

ETA: D7L1 tonight or tomorrow second time through.

I'm with you on the upper body strength. Circuit 3 of Level 1 kills my shoulders. I would advise you to invest in a HRM...I love my Polar F4 (best fitness purchase ever). Per my HRM, I burned 232 calories doing Level 1 earlier this month.
