Artificial Sweeteners

I really want to quit using artificial sweeteners because they make it impossible for me to stick to any sort of diet, but I don't know what to do about coffee. What can I use to sweeten other than Splenda or real sugar?

Is there a reason you don't want to use real sugar?
I like to use brown sugar, cocoa powder and a splash of milk for a sort-of mocha cafe! If it fits into your calories and macros, you can enjoy whatever you like!0 -

I say use real sugar, and good for you for staying away from Artificail sweetners, remember you really can't cheat on this kinda thing, you pay some how, so might as well pay in the cals department then the health department0

I use truvia in my coffee as it does not spike my glucose levels. Truvia which is stevia is a plant based product that is why it does not spike the glucose levels thus you may not crave more sugary items later. I also use unsweetened almond vanilla almond milk. My husband uses agave nectar in his coffee. I feel that it is too sweet for my taste. Agave is also plant based.0

I use agave on my oatmeal. I refuse to give up sugar in my coffee though.0
