    wow......for some of us one year is like: no way, that long? but honestly? it took all of us gain all the weight years....so ......congrats......in such a little time so much lost.......i hope I could do it too....

    My favorite thing about looking at progress pics is seeing the difference in the expressions on everyone's faces! Not only do they look more confident in the "after" pictures, but they also take more pride in their appearance, doing their hair and makeup to play up the nicest features on their faces, etc.
