Hi guys, I know this has been asked before but im still confused wuth what i should be netting calorie wise. Im only 4ft 10" and currently weigh 123lb, im 45yrs old. i have a seredtry lifestyle but work out at the gym 4 times a week doing 1hr on the treadmill and 30/40 mins weight lifting, usually burning 300/400 calories a time acording to my polar HRM.

Ive been losing around 0.5lb aweek since january on the 1200 or below allowance MFP has set, but last week lost nothing. MFP now says my BMR is 1130 and i whould lose 0.3lb a week if i consume 1200 daily(it wont set below 1200). any advise would be great

Manually adjust your goal below 1,200. This is really common for shorter women. Just make sure you continue to use exercise so you can intake more cals.

    Keep up the good work!

I am also struggling with calorie goal.

    MFP goal 1260. .
    TDEE 1744.
    BMR 1450.

I had been eating only the 1260 but now I've been eating MFP plus exercise calories putting me at around 1600 and not losing. I am 10 lbs away from goal but I am always 10 lbs away! Urgh.

    Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

thanks i can see it now, so when it says my BMR is 1265, should i set that as my calorie setting and not eat back my exercise calories? are these already included in this figure? or is the pie chart that says 1961 what i should eat after workout? sorry but all these figures are making my head spin.
