Apple Wonton Bundles (with Pic)
Trying out new ideas with what i have, I made these (as I call them) Apple Pie Bundles....
Here's the recipe:
20 wonton wrappers
1 can Lucky's Fried Apples (in a can) (I cheated a bit) (or 1 large apple seasoned- less calories)
cinnamon
sugar (or alternative
Preheat 400 degrees
Spray a baking sheet with vegetable or any type of oil spray.
Drain and cut apples into smaller pieces (add cinnamon and nutmeg for a bit more taste if you would like). Place one wonton on a plate adding a small amount of apples in the middle. Dab a bit of water on the edge of the wonton wrapper. Gather corner to corner together, then bring the other two sides up to meet. Pressing the seals together so nothing leaks. Place on cookie sheet, spray with oil and sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar to crisp and carmalize the pastry. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve with a scoop of non-fat frozen yogurt or whipped cream. Enjoy.
Now more amazing.... the nutritution facts (that are AMAZING!!!)
