Hi,just started this aswell,I have lost 6 stone but it took me years and unfortunatly over the past 3 years my weight has just stuck.Will give this a try as I cant afford to join Weightwatchers etc,but sometimes you need a bit of support.I live in Northumberland by the way.

Hiya, welcome to the site. I'm finding this site much better than WW etc because when you build the support around you by adding friends, you have accountability and advice on tap
